That was Leinster boss Leo Cullen's appraisal of Mullingar Rugby Club as the provincial squad held an open training session in the midlands yesterday afternoon.
Cullen has been quick to praise both the application of those working in the club, and the facilities they've delivered in recent times, including a state of the art gym.
