Leinster SFC: Offaly Looking To Win First Competitive Game In 2026

The Faithful welcome Laois to O'Connor Park tomorrow.

Offaly footballer Shane Tierney believes a local derby against Laois builds excitement around the county.

The two sides clash in the Leinster Football Championship from O'Connor Park tomorrow evening, with victory for either side setting up a quarter final meeting with Kildare.

The Faithful come into this game off the back of a disappointing league campaign, following their relegation from Division Two.

Tierney has been named to start for Mickey Harte and Declan Kelly's side tomorrow.

He says this is the perfect game for Offaly right now:

Throw in is at 6:00pm from O'Connor Park tomorrow.
