Former Coolderry manager has belief that Offaly hurling can progress.
Johnny Kelly believes 'there's more to do' and says he wasn't prepared to walk away from Offaly hurling.
The new county hurling manager spent three years working with the Offaly panel under Michael Fennelly.
Kelly also brought Coolderry to a county final in 2015.
The panel's selectors will be Martin Maher, Colm Callanan, and Barry Teehan.
His strength and conditioning coach will Brian Roche who Johnny Kelly says has already been in contact with the panel's previous S & C coach Brian Egan.
