Secretary Derek Collins says clubs have been making contact with a number of issues.
There's concern that young children in the midlands will drop out of sport if the government doesn't allow them to play games soon.
Secretary of Midlands schoolboys and schoolgirls leagues Derek Collins has written an open letter to TDs asking them to work towards this end.
