NHL: First League Win Secured For Westmeath Hurlers

The Lake County were three points better than their opponents Meath.

Westmeath Hurling Manager Kevin O'Brien believes his side are gaining valuable experience this season. 

The Lake County got their first win of the season in Division Two yesterday as they sealed a three point win over Meath in Cusack Park on a final scoreline of 0-25 to 1-19. 

Killian Doyle and Eoin Keyes combined to score 0-15 between them. 

Westmeath now sit with three points after two games and will travel to London in two weeks time.
