Those were the words that drove Tullamore Harrier, Laura Mooney to a top 10 finish at the European Cross Country Championships in Turkey yesterday.
Mooney ran with the front pack throughout the U23 race and came home in seventh place, just 32 seconds off the gold medal winner, Phoebe Anderson of Great Britain.
