There had been some confusion due to the war in Ukraine.
The Republic of Ireland’s opening game of the Nations League will now be away to Armenia on June 4th.
Stephen Kenny’s side were supposed to open at home to Ukraine, but the change has been made to facilitate Ukraine’s rearranged World Cup playoff with Scotland.
After the trip to Yerevan, Ireland will have home games with Ukraine and Scotland, before a June 14th away game with Ukraine to be played at a yet-to-be-determined venue.
Revised fixtures:
- June 4 | Armenia v Republic of Ireland
- June 8 | Republic of Ireland v Ukraine
- June 11 | Republic of Ireland v Scotland
- June 14 | Ukraine v Republic of Ireland
- September 24 | Scotland v Republic of Ireland
- September 27 - Republic of Ireland v Armenia
