They captured the title with a 0-17 to 2-9 win over Tyrellspass following extra-time.
In a dramatic end to normal time, Tyrellspass scored a goal to take the lead before Loman's captain John Heslin kicked a last gasp free from an acute angle to send the game to extra-time.
