Ulster have strengthened their squad for next season with two new signings.

Ex-Leinster outhalf Ian Madigan is joining the northern province along with former All Black Alby Mathewson who returns to Ireland after a previous spell with Munster.

Both have signed one year deals while two current members of the squad have committed themselves for two more years.

Ireland internationals Jordi Murphy and Will Addison have signed new contracts and will be part of an extended squad of 41 announced for next season.
