Party hosts face a suspension or outright ban if they break the rules.
Airbnb has announced a global ban on parties in its listed properties.
The company is permanently banning "disruptive parties and events", which include open-invite gatherings.

A temporary ban was introduced in 2019 after 5 people were killed in a shooting in one of its bookings, and was implemented again in 2020 to curb the spread of Covid.
The measure has now been made permanent, with party hosts facing a suspension or outright ban if they break the rules.
