The average adult is holding on to 20 childhood toys.

People estimate the childhood toys they have stored in their attic are worth nearly €350.

The average adult is holding on to 20 childhood toys, and more than a quarter reckon they could be sitting on a goldmine.

But The Mirror reports a survey, of 2,000 people, found 47% had no intention of selling them, with two-thirds planning to pass them on to their children or grandchildren.

Barbie, LEGO, and Hot Wheels are the most popular nostalgic toys stashed away in attics.
