Seven competitors vying to become the 'Laziest Citizen' at a holiday resort in Montenegro have smashed the previous record for lying down.
A time of 117 hours was achieved last year at the annual event in the village of Brezna, however this years contest reached its 20th day yesterday.
The final seven contestants from a starting field of 21 have now all been lying down on mats in the same room for 463 hours.
The event was launched 12 years ago to mock a popular myth that Montenegrins are lazy.
