The Superintendent arrived in Portlaoise in 2013 as an Inspector, he was appointed as Detective Inspector for Laois-Offaly in 2016.
In 2023, he was selected to represent An Garda Síochána abroad as a Liaison and Protection Officer in Washington, D.C.
