Midland's Woman's Short Film Debuts At Tribeca Film Festival

The acclaimed festival was set up by Robert De Niro and is attended by 150,000 people annually.

An animated short film, written by a midland's woman, debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

Bardo was written and directed by Laois's Aisling Conroy and produced by Claire Lennon.

The film tells the story of a young woman living in Dublin who is partying too much, who decides to reconnect with a simpler way of life through her grandmother.
