People Ditching Tradition Of Having Three Square Meals A Day

One in ten people have one meal a day, and graze for the rest of the time.

People appear to be ditching the tradition of having three square meals a day.

A new survey by Waitrose has found the notion of breakfast, lunch and dinner is outdated, due to hybrid working patterns and modern life.

A third of people have two meals a day, and replace the third with snacks.

10% of people have one meal a day, and graze for the rest of the time.

The most popular time to snack is after 3pm, with the most popular choices being crisps, cakes and biscuits.
