62% say rom-coms help the healing process.
Bridget Jones's Diary is the best rom-com to mend a broken heart.
That's according to a new survey by Costa, which found the 2001 British film starring Renee Zellweger came out on top, followed by Legally Blonde and The Holiday.
The Mirror reports other movies making the top 10 heartbreak list include The Wedding Singer, Crazy Stupid Love and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
62% of people surveyed say rom-coms help with the healing process by providing escapism and getting you laughing again.
