Over 3,000 entries were received this year.
15 midlands finalists have been announced for the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards for 2025.
It's the 18th renewal of the competition which now boasts 190 different categories.
Over 3,000 entries were received this year, with blind-taste judging having taken place over the course of May, June, and July.
The winners will be announced on October 3rd.
Bon Chocolatiers, Carroll's of Tullamore, Heavey & Co, Pigs On The Green and Sofina Foods are the five producers that have qualified from Offaly for the final stage.

Aghaboe Farm Foods, G's Gourmet Jams Ltd., Mueller & O'Connell Bakery, Zephyr Yard and The Village Dairy are the Laois nominees.

While in Westmeath, the five to make the final shortlist are Bonny Bó, Fore Distillery Limited, Killucan Honey Beekeeping, Our Creamery and The Irish Craft Soda Company.
