Midlands HR Company Announces 30 New Jobs

The new roles are to be created across the wider force overtime.

A Midlands HR company is set to create 30 new jobs over the next three years.

Allpro People Group, founded in Tullamore by Blueball's David Gleeson, is acquiring Eos Talent, which specialises in specialist recruitment and talent advisory work.

It becomes the latest enterprise to join the group, alongside Allpro Recruitment, Zylo Talent, Carter Finch, Accom Assist and HRconsultants.ie

The new roles are to be created across the wider force overtime as services are scaled across Ireland and the Middle East.

Gareth Fleming, CEO of Allpro People Group, says: 'the acquisition reflects the group’s strategy of bringing specialist, high-quality businesses together under one human capital platform. “We will only bring value-add businesses into Allpro People Group, and Eos Talent is a clear example of that. Emma Anglim has been one of the top HR recruiters in the country for the past decade and has built an exceptional brand with Eos Talent. Emma is also an advisor to the HR community in Ireland and abroad, which makes this acquisition strategically important for us. As demand grows for HR talent at every level, including fractional HR managers and senior people leaders, Eos Talent gives the group a stronger specialist platform in a critical area of the market.”

Emma Anglim, Founder and Managing Director of Eos Talent, says: “Eos Talent has always been focused on quality, delivery and long-term partnerships. Joining Allpro People Group allows us to continue that work with greater scale and support, while maintaining the specialist, human-centred approach our clients and candidates expect. HR is no longer a back-office function. It is central to growth, transformation, culture, retention and business performance. Organisations need access to exceptional HR professionals, and this move positions us to support that demand more effectively across Ireland and internationally.”
