Nua Healthcare services provide private care for those with intellectual disability.

40 jobs are being created in Westmeath by a company providing private care for those with intellectual disability.

300 positions are being created nationwide by Nua Healthcare Services, which already employs more than 1,800 people.

The company is also looking to hire workers in other sectors.

Chief Operating Officer with Nua Healthcare Services, Shane Kenny says the jobs will start being rolled out across Ireland this year:
