The survey, conducted by a midlands-based recruitment company, highlights the importance of hybrid working among employees.
Employees are more keen to trade off slight salary dips in return for remote working when looking for a new job.
That's according to midlands-based company FRS Recruitment, after it released a new survey showing job ads which contained remote or hybrid working increased by 43% in the past year.
It means a third of job adverts in 2022 contained options to work away from the office.
