There were babies treated in groups that include midlands hospitals.
58 newborn babies were born addicted to illegal drugs last year.
They had to be treated in hospital, because of their mother's use of them during pregnancy.
25 of those were born in the Ireland East Hospital Group, which includes Mullingar, while the Dublin Midlands Hospital Group, which includes Portlaoise and Tullamore, treated 14 babies.
