The supermarket brand will also increase its hourly pay rates from February 1st.
Aldi is to create over 30 new jobs across their midlands stores this year.
The retailer is making the announcement as part of it's strategy to grow it's Irish workforce by 600 staff in 2022.
17 positions will be created in Westmeath, while a further 14 employees are needed in their Laois and Offaly locations.
The roles will include store assistant, assistant manager and manager across their network of nationwide outlets.
