Four different parties have lodged objections to the plans.
Plans for a large-scale housing development in Offaly are on hold, after being appealed to An Bord Pleanala.
Tullamore Vita Stila Ltd had been given approval for 98 residential units on the Clara Road in Tullamore last month.
Offaly County Council had initially granted planning permission to the development, which was subject to 26 conditions, in March.
It included 98 homes, and a ‘landmark’ building in the centre of the site, which would accommodate eight apartments on the upper-levels, while the ground floor would be used as a creche, remote working space and a gym for residents.
But that decision has since been appealed to An Bord Pleanala, by four different parties.
Among the issues raised by those who made submissions to ABP, are concerns with potentially increased traffic and noise levels in a nearby housing estate, as well as fears the project will interfere with other people's privacy.
An Bord Pleanala is due to make a decision on the development in July.
