Almost 100 Students Involved In Education Projects Covering Addiction

It's a three year programme.

Almost 100 students have taken part in an education project for those in addiction in its first year. 

The three year programme run by Tiglin and SETU offers courses, up to a  Level 6, for those impacted by addiction or homelessness.

It comes after the Citizens' Assembly on Drugs  highlighted the need for resources to support sustainable recovery. 

Minister for Higher Education Simon Harris says the success of this initiative is proof education should be part of that journey:
