It's the second business in the town to announce the decision in 24 hours.
A popular Athlone restaurant is set to close.
Coffee Haven, in Golden Island, has announced on social media it's due to close its doors for the last time at the end of the month.
Owners Nino and Giovanni are thanking their loyal customers for all the 'craic and banter' over the years.
They're also wishing the incoming new owners of the premises the best of luck.
The closure of the restaurant on June 30th will represent the second Athlone business set to shut on that day, after Kafe U announced the same decision yesterday.
