The Jacob family are appealing for information ahead of the 28th anniversary of her disappearance.
Gardaí have launched a fresh appeal for information into the disappearance and murder of Deidre Jacob.
Today marks 28 years since the then 18 year old vanished just outside her home in Newbridge, County Kildare in 1998.
Two searches for both Deirdre and JoJo Dullard, who also disappeared in the 1990s, have taken place at a site on the Kildare-Wicklow border - the latest ending a couple of weeks ago.
Convicted rapist Larry Murphy is viewed as a suspect in Deirdre Jacob's disappearance and murder, but he has not faced criminal charges.
