Applications for a number of cost rental homes in Westmeath are now open.
Approved housing body Respond says seven homes, which include three two-bedroom duplexes and four three-bedroom duplexes, at Dun an Ri, in Athlone are now up for application.
The 2 bed will cost €1,275 per month, while the three bed is available at just under €1500.
Each home features modern appliances, an energy-efficient A-rated BER, and access to local amenities including schools, shops, and public transport.
Respond will deliver 37 homes in total through the Dun an Ri development.
