Reports indicate a number of shots were fired a home in Mullingar.
Armed Gardaí have attended the scene of a Midlands shooting incident that saw a number of shots fired at a home with children in it.
The Garda Armed Response Unit and its Emergency Response Unit were called the Grange area of Mullingar at around 10pm on Tuesday night.
It's believed the incident is related to a feud in the town.
No injuries are being reported.
