The funeral of the 23-year-old is taking place today.
Ashling Murphy has been described as someone who epitomised the beauty of life and shared her passions, gifts and talents with others generously.
The funeral of the 23-year-old was held in St. Brigid's Church in Mountbolus this morning.
The primary school teacher is making her final journey to Lowertown Cemetry, where musicians will gather to honour her life.
Ashling's 1st year pupils formed a guard of honour outside the church, while her friends and colleagues performed music throughout the mass.
