Vicarstown and Stradbally are just some of the locations where events will be held.
Laois County Council is urging people to get on the saddle for Bike Week, kicking off tomorrow.
Highlights include a foraging cycle at 7pm on Tuesday along the Grand Canal in Vicarstown, to a guided cycle followed by a sauna session in Stradbally on Monday evening.
Another guided cycle in Vicarstown will be followed by a yoga session on Friday morning at 7am.
The week is being closed out with a pedal-and-paddle session on Sunday morning and afternoon from 11am to 1pm and 2 to 4pm.
The initiative is a joint collaboration between the local authority, SVT Activity and Wellness Hub, Transport for Ireland, and the Department of Transport.
