Bluetongue Threatens Irish Livestock Production - IFA

The virus has been detected in two cows in the country.

The IFA is very disappointed Bluetongue disease has been detected in Ireland. 

There's an outbreak of the virus in two cows near Bangor in County Down. 

It says farmers are monitoring livestock for any signs of the disease and reporting any suspicions to their vets and the Department.
