The Criminal Assets Bureau is investigating over 130 targets in the midlands.
There are 85 in the Weatmeath/Meath division and the Laois/Offaly division has 47.
The CAB 2020 report also details the operation targeting an organised criminal gang that's operating in the region.
Officers seized €110,000 in cash, 12 vehicles, four high value watches and four caravans.
