The raise was confirmed for Laois and Westmeath earlier this year, but not Offaly.
Cabinet is to approve a raise of €5,000 in the income thresholds for social housing this morning.
The move will take effect from the 1st of January and is expected to bring 16,000 more households into the eligibility threshold for social housing supports.
A €5,000 raise was confirmed for Laois, Westmeath, Carlow, Clare and Galway in September - and those counties will be given another increase in January.
Housing Minister Darragh O'Brien is also bringing an update requiring all new projects by the Land Development Agency in Dublin and Cork to be 100% social and affordable housing.
