There are calls for harsher deterrents to combat the numbers of people driving while intoxicated.
Over 370 midlands drivers provided samples for analysis in 2023.
It comes as a report by the Medical Bureau of Road Safety revealed 265 motorists were arrested more than once last year for driving under the influence, with one caught seven times.
