Calls For Progress In Developing Centre In The Midlands For Domestic Violence Victims

A motion is being brought to the Local Authority.

There's calls for progress to be made on developing a refuge centre for victims of domestic violence in the midlands.

Green Party Councillor Mark Hackett is bringing a motion to Offaly County Council, on behalf of Offaly Domestic Violence Support Service, which will ask for progression to be made on the refuge.

He says the development needs to happen as soon as possible:
