A Westmeath behavioural analyst is reminding everyone that changing habits is a marathon, not a sprint. 

Pádraig Walsh says People need to pace themselves in adapting their behaviour to a coronavirus impacted society. 

Mr. Walsh, who is CEO of Actualise Academy, also says people will be taking on personal responsibility as restrictions ease:
