'Christmas Star' May Appear For The First Time Since 1683

The astronomical phenomenon is said to have led the three wise men to the nativity scene.

The bright light in the sky which is said to have led The Three Wise Men to the nativity scene may be viewable before Christmas.

On Monday, Saturn and Jupiter will come the closest they have done since 1623, creating the spectacle known as 'The Great Conjunction'.

The rare event is one possible explanation for what's more commonly known as the "Christmas Star".
