Busy roads are being gritted first.
The Director of Services with Offaly County Council says they are doing all they to ensure all roads are safe to drive on.
It comes after criticism from Edenderry Boxing Coach Liam Brereton towards the local authority and county councillors for not gritting the Tunnel Way in Edenderry over the course of the recent cold snap.
