The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers annual farming report is out.

It's been a good year for renting farm land in Westmeath, according to The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.

Historically land prices in the county were "behind where the rest of the country was", but that trend is starting to turn.
