The future of plans for a large-scale housing development in the midlands is due to be decided this week.
The developer is seeking planning permission for 126 new homes on Collins Lane in Tullamore.
The submission to Offaly County Council includes the provision of 102 houses, which would be a mix of two and three-storey dwellings, while the remaining 24 units will comprise of apartments.
A decision on the development was originally due to be made in October, but the local authority requested further information.
With those details received, Offaly County Council are due to decide on the future of the plans on Saturday.
