A Fine Gael candidate is promising details on tenure of jobs proposed under just transition within weeks.
The parties manifesto includes 200 jobs for rehabilitation and restoration of bogs in the Midlands.
Laois/Offaly's Marcella Corcoran Kennedy was unable to commit to guarenteeing a further 100 medium term jobs as those would fall under the remit of national parks and wildlife.
