Disappointment Over Government's Use Of Language Towards Older People

They say it's unfair to group all over 70s under one umbrella.

Active Retirement Ireland is disappointed with the government's use of language when referring to older people. 

Board member Anne Drury says a huge amount of ageist language is being used and it's unfair to group those over 70 under one umbrella. 

They've been advised to limit their contacts, maintain social distancing when meeting others and to keep visits as short as possible.
