A disqualified driver has been arrested on the roads of Laois this afternoon.
The car was stopped at a multi-agency checkpoint between the RSA and the Laois Roads Policing Unit on the outskirts of Portlaoise.
The vehicle was seized and the motorist charged to appear before Portlaoise District Court,, after gardaí discovered they were already disqualified from driving.
