Dog Rescued From Crate In The Midlands

The collie-lurcher cross was found to be severely underweight.

The ISPCA is appealing to the public to keep reporting potential neglect during the pandemic after a dog was rescued from a crate in the midlands. 

A collie-lurcher cross named Kim was found to be severely underweight and with overgrown nails from lack of exercise.

The discovery was made following a phone call from a concerned local. 

The ISPCA Inspector involved Deirdre Scally, says owners have to be aware of when they become unable to care for their pet:
