The expansion received approval from An Bord Pleanála today.
It's hoped as many as 150 jobs could be created as part of a €100 million expansion to Center Parcs.
An Bord Pleanála has given the green light for the extension, which includes the provision of nearly 200 new lodges, as well as the addition of a new restaurant and coffee shop.
Longford County Council initially granted planning approval last year, but that decision was appealed to ABP.
