The teacher has once again attended Wilson's Hospital School in Westmeath, despite an order prohibiting him from doing so.
Enoch Burke has breached his High Court order again and attended Wilson's Hospital School in Westmeath today.
The teacher spent over 100 days in prison last year for refusing to comply with the order, which prohibited him from attending the boarding school in Multyfarnham.
Mr. Burke was suspended on full pay pending the outcome of an investigation into alleged misconduct, arising from his refusal to address a gender transitioning student by their preferred pronouns.
It's the second time this week he has shown up at the school.
