Marketing manager with AllPro Recruitment in Tullamore, Jasmine Elkershi, says that women will only apply for a job if they have 100 per cent of the skills and experience on the job description whereas, men will apply if they have 60 per cent of the skills and experience.
While the inclusion of words like "Rockstar" or "Aggressive" will push away female applicants.
Ms. Elkershi says changes need to be made to move towards equality:
