The Laois Fine Gael TD is making the comments following the serious assault on Kevin Lunney.
The Justice Minister is assuring the public that every effort is being made to investigate all acts of intimidation against staff at Quinn Industrial Holdings.
Laois Fine Gael TD Charlie Flanagan's comments come as Kevin Lunney - a director at QIH - recovers in hospital following an attack on Tuesday.
Mr. Lunney was seriously assaulted and left on the side of the road in Cavan after being abducted from his home in Fermanagh.
A demonstration will be held this afternoon in Derrylin, County Fermanagh against the intimidation of staff at the company.
