A file has been sent to the DPP in the case of a teenager accused of murdering a woman in Offaly.
Lorna Woodnutt was killed at a location in the county on September 29th.
The teenager appeared at a sitting of Tullamore District Court earlier via videolink.
Gardaí said a file has been sent to the DPP, and while a book of evidence is being prepared - it's unlikely to be ready until February or March.
Officers had applied for the teenager to be remanded in detention until December 20th - which was consented to by the accused solicitors
The appearance before Tullamore District Court on December 20th will again be by video link.
