They appeared in court earlier today.
Five people have been charged in relation to the investigation into the death of Ashling Murphy.
They appeared before Tullamore District Court earlier today.
34-year-old Marek Puska, Lubomir Puska, who is 35, and 34-year-old Lucia Istokova were charged with witholding information which could have led to securing the apprehension, prosecution or conviction of an alleged offender, on dates between the 12th and 27th of January last year.
33-year-old Jozefina Grundzova and Viera Gazoiva, who is 38, were charged with impeding the arrest of an alleged offender on dates between 12 and 14 January 2022.
The charges in relation to them are alleged to have happened at Tullamore Garda Station.
Their addresses can't be revealed, by court order.
All five were granted bail today and are due back before Tullamore District Court next month.
23-year-old Offaly school teacher Ashling Murphy was killed in Tullamore on January 12th, last year.
The trial of the man accused of her murder, 32-year-old Jozef Puska, is due to take place later this year.
